The items below represent a full package for underwriting income producing properties and owner occupied commercial properties.
1. Click here to download and complete our Loan Submission Form.
2. FULLY complete a 1003 for each borrower. Unless the borrower and co-borrower are married, we will need a separate 1003 for each. It is very important that this if filled out completely. Please state ALL income, assets, real estate owned and liabilities.
3. Get two years of business and personal tax returns for each borrower.
4. A current Rent Roll and Operating Statement (P&L), for at least the past 12 months, is needed for the subject property.
5. A Tri-merge credit report is needed for each borrower. The reports must be no more than 30 days old. We provide unless the loan is submitted by mortgage broker to our wholesale division.
6. Fax the above information to 214 242 3753. Or attach the forms to an email and send it to monty@pmcommercial.com
7. During and after the Pre-Approval process, additional information and/or documentation may be requested.
