  • Income producing properties only
  • Underwritten based on DSCR of property (except in owner user scenarios)
  • Minimum FICO score: 600
  • Property types: multifamily (5+), mixed-use, retail, office, warehouse, industrial. Call for others.
  • All loans based on 30 year amortization period
  • Submission Package needed for Pre-Approval:
    - 1003
    - Tri Merge Credit Report (no older than 30 days)
    - 2-yrs Personal and Business Taxes (Full-Doc Only)

STANDARD STATED INCOME STATED ASSET PROGRAM (SISA)

  • Pure stated programs driven off FICO scores and appraisal
  • No verification of income or assets other than proof of funds to close on a purchase
  • Up to 85% LTV, 90% CLTV's

  • Minimum FICO score: 575
