Our Underwriting RMLO Package includes the following:

1.   QUALIFIED MORTGAGE LETTER  

2.   QM REPORT

3.   CREDIT REPORT 

4.   INCOME DOCS 

5.   SIGNED LOAN DISCLOSURES  

The cost for our services is $850.00.  A $250.00 application fee is due at time of Intent to Proceed and the remainder $600.00 gets paid at closing. 

To get started, you can email MAIL@TexasPrideLending.com the Sales Contract with Terms and the buyers contact information and we can get in touch with your buyer to start the process.

Our turn times are 24-48 hours with buyer cooperation.
